地缘政治冲突日益成为影响全球粮食安全的主要风险之一。俄乌冲突、巴以冲突等地缘政治冲突事件,给全球粮食安全带来了前所未有的挑战,也对中国的粮食安全造成了负面影响和冲击。近年来,我国粮食产量连年增长,能够在整体上有效保障粮食安全,但大豆、玉米等部分粮食作物对外依赖度仍然较高。目前,中国的粮食安全在产业链供应链韧性、价格及对外投资等方面,仍然遭受地缘政治冲突的影响。因此,在政策上要加强风险识别、监管及预测,立足国内生产形势,巩固多方位的国际农业合作,构建多元化食物供给体系,这是保障我国粮食安全的必由之路。

Geopolitical risks are increasingly becoming one of the main risks affecting global food security.Events,such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the Palestine-Israel conflict,have posed unprecedented challenges to global food security,as well as negative impacts on China's food security.In recent years,China's grain production has been increasing year by year,which can effectively ensure food security as a whole.However,some grain crops,such as soybeans and corn,feature a high degree of external dependence.China's food security still suffers from geopolitical risks in terms of industrial and supply chain resilience,price,and foreign investment.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen risk identification,supervision and forecasting in terms of policy,to base on the domestic production situation,to consolidate multi-dimensional international agricultural cooperation,and to build a diversified food supply system,which are the inevitable ways to guarantee China's food security.
