超声引导下鼻肠管置管术在重症患者中的应用

目的 探讨超声引导下鼻肠管置管术在重症患者中的应用。方法 随机选取2021年7月—2023年7月揭阳市人民医院收治的60例重症患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例,对照组应用传统盲插法,研究组应用超声引导下鼻肠管置管术治疗。比较两组置管成功率、成功置管时间,并发症以及两组生命监测指标。结果 研究组置管成功率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.455,P<0.05)。置管后,两组血氧饱和度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。置管后,研究组心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 超声引导下鼻肠管置管术应用于重症患者中能够减少并发症的发生,提高置管成功率的同时,缩短置管时间。

Objective To investigate the application of ultrasound-guided nasoenteric tube placement in critically ill patients.Methods 60 cases of critically ill patients admitted to Jieyang People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the research group by randomized table method,30 cases in each group;the control group was treated with traditional blind insertion method,and the research group was treated with ultrasound-guided nasoenteric catheterization.The two groups were compared in terms of successful tube placement rate,successful tube placement time,complications and vital monitor⁃ing indexes.Results The success rate of tube placement in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(6.67%)was lower than that of the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.455,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of blood oxygen saturation after tube placement between the two groups(P>0.05).After tube placement,the range of fluctuation of heart rate,respiratory rate,and mean arterial pressure in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided nasoenteric tube placement in critically ill patients can reduce the occur⁃rence of complications,improve the success rate of tube placement and shorten the time of tube placement.
