刍议2型糖尿病治疗中度拉糖肽使用的有效性与安全性

Efficacy and Safety of the Use of Moderate Lagosatide in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的刍议2型糖尿病治疗中度拉糖肽使用的有效性与安全性。方法随机选取2021年2月—2023年2月莱州市人民医院内分泌科收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,遵循随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合度拉糖肽治疗。比较两组治疗有效性与安全性相关指标。结果治疗后,两组血糖指标均明显降低,且观察组空腹血糖(Fasting Plasma Glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour Postprandial Blood Glucose,2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Glycated Hemoglobin,HbA1c)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(Homeostatic Model Assessment for Insulin Resistance,HOMA-IR)、稳态模型胰岛β细胞分泌指数(Homeostatic Model Assessment for Insulinofβ-cell,HOMA-β)均得到改善,且观察组HOMA-IR更低、HOMA-β更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对于,观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%与对照组的15.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.457,P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病治疗中度拉糖肽的使用有利于更好地调控患者的血糖水平与胰岛功能,且不会增加不良反应,可以为患者预后质量与安全性提供保障。

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of the use of moderate lagosatide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Endocrine Department of Laizhou People's Hospi⁃tal from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metfor⁃min,while the observation group was treated with metformin combined with dulaglutide.Compared the efficacy and safety related indicators between two groups of treatments.Results After treatment,both blood glucose indicators were significantly reduced,and the observation group had lower fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMAIR)and homeostatic model assessment for insulinofβ-cell(HOMA-β)all were improved,and HOMA-IR was lower and HOMA-βwas higher in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(10.00%)and the control group(15.00%)(χ^(2)=0.457,P>0.05).Conclusion The use of moderate largotide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can better regulate the blood glucose level and islet function of patients,without increasing adverse reactions,and can provide a guarantee for the quality and safety of the prognosis of patients.
