优质化护理在老年慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Nursing in Nursing Care of Elderly Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨老年慢性支气管炎优质化护理的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2023年2月泉州市第一医院老年病院分院呼吸与危重症学科收治的100例老年慢性支气管炎患者的临床资料,依据护理方法分为观察组、参照组,各50例,观察组患者接受优质化护理,参照组患者接受常规化护理。统计分析两组血气指标、肺通气功能指标、生命质量、症状评分、护理依从性、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的二氧化碳分压(Partial Pressure of Carbon Dioxide,PaCO_(2))、症状评分低于参照组,血氧饱和度(Oxygen Saturation,SaO_(2))、氧分压(Oxygen Partial Pressure,PaO_(2))、第1秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、认知、角色、情绪、躯体、社会均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理依从性为96.00%,高于参照组的66.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.00%,高于参照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论老年慢性支气管炎优质化护理的效果较好,更能对患者的血气指标、肺通气功能进行改善,将患者的生命质量提升,并对患者的症状进行缓解,将患者的症状消退时间缩短,将患者的护理满意度提升。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on senile chronic bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2020 to February 2023 were ret⁃rospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing,and the patients in the reference group received routine nursing.The blood gas index,pulmonary ventilation function index,quality of life,symptom score,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))and symptorm score in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),cognition,role,emotion,body,social score were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the observa⁃tion group was 96.00%,which was higher than 66.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The ef⁃fect of quality nursing of elderly chronic bronchitis is better,which can improve the blood gas index and lung ventila⁃tion function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate the symptoms of patients,shorten the time of symptom resolution of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
