利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症攻击行为的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis the Efficacy and Safety of Risperidone Combined with Sodium Valproate in the Treatment of Aggressive Behavior in Schizophrenia

目的探讨合并攻击行为的精神分裂症患者采用利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗的疗效,以及分析用药安全性。方法方便选择2021年5月—2023年5月如东县第四人民医院收治的伴攻击行为的精神分裂症者86例为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组利培酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丙戊酸钠治疗。比较两组疗效、症状与攻击行为改善、用药安全性。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者简明精神病评定量表与外显攻击行为量表评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),而在治疗6周与12周时观察组各评分分别较对照组的低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利培酮与丙戊酸钠联用治疗能改善精神分裂症患者病情、症状及攻击行为,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia with aggressive behavior.Methods 86 schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior admitted to the Rudong County Fourth People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with risperidone,while the observation group was treated with sodium valproate in addition to the control group.Compared the efficacy,improvement of symptoms and aggressive behavior,and medication safety between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale and the Modified Overt Aggression Scales between the two groups of patients(both P>0.05).However,at 6 and 12 weeks of treatment,these scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with sodium valproate can improve the condition,symptoms and aggressive behavior of schizophrenia,and does not increase adverse reactions,and has high safety.
