罗伊适应模式对乳腺癌化疗患者应对方式及生活质量的影响

Effects of Roy Adaptation Model on Coping Style and Quality of Life of Breast Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

目的探讨罗伊适应模式对乳腺癌化疗患者应对方式与生活质量的影响。方法方便选择2019年1月—2022年12月丹阳市妇幼保健院收治的96例乳腺癌化疗患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予罗伊适应模式干预,比较干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分,调查患者应对方式,并评估其生活质量。结果干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁、回避、屈服评分均低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组生活质量方面生理(20.59±3.25)分、情感(17.52±2.91)分、功能(21.42±2.76)分、社会/家庭(23.60±3.41)分、附加关注(19.77±2.91)分,均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.662、7.176、8.006、6.263、3.668,P均<0.05)。结论罗伊适应模式能改善乳腺癌患者负性情绪及应对方式,能提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Roy adaptation model on the coping style and quality of life of breast cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods A total of 96 breast cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Danyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given Roy adaptation mode intervention,the anxiety and depression scores were compared before and after the intervention,the coping style was investigated,and the quality of life was assessed.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,avoidance and submission in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of facing were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the quality of life of the observation group,the scores of physiological(20.59±3.25)points,emotional(17.52±2.91)points,functional(21.42±2.76)points,social/family(23.60±3.41)points,additional attention(19.77±2.91)points were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.662,7.176,8.006,6.263,3.668,all P<0.05).Conclusion Roy adaptation model can improve the negative emotions and coping styles of breast cancer patients,and can improve their quality of life.
