生物反馈电刺激治疗仪在改善产后压力性尿失禁中的作用及对生命质量的影响

Effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy instrument on improving postpartum stress urinary incontinence and its effect on quality of life

目的探究生物反馈电刺激治疗仪在改善产后压力性尿失禁中的作用及对生命质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—12月淮安市洪泽区中医院收治120例的初产妇作为研究对象,按照患者意愿分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察组产后使用生物反馈电刺激治疗仪治疗,对照组产后不进行盆底肌力的相关治疗,比较两组盆底肌张力恢复情况、压力性尿失禁发生率和生命质量评分。结果观察组盆底肌张力正常率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿失禁发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理领域、心理领域、环境领域及社会关系领域评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后通过生物反馈电刺激治疗仪进行盆底肌力康复治疗,可有效地提高盆底肌力,降低压力性尿失禁发生率,改善生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore Effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy instrument on improving postpartum stress urinary incontinence and its effect on quality of life.Methods A total of 120 cases of primipara treated in Hongze District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Huai'an City from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the patients'wishes,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation after delivery,while the control group was not treated with pelvic floor muscle strength after delivery.The recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension,incidence of stress urinary incontinence and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The normal rate of pelvic floor muscle tension in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiological scores,psychological scores,environmental scores and social relations scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength rehabilitation through biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the incidence of stress urinary incontinence,improve the quality of life,and which is worthy of clinical promotion and application..
