氨溴索联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗老年COPD合并肺部感染的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响

Clinical efficacy of Ambroxol Combined with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam in the Treatment of Senile COPD with Pulmonary Infection and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors

目的研究头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合氨溴索对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)合并肺部感染的患者肺功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月徐州市矿山医院收治的70例COPD合并肺部感染患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予氨溴索治疗。比较两组的肺功能指标、炎症指标、不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040);治疗后,观察组肺功能指标高于对照组,血白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、白介素-6、白介素-8低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合氨溴索治疗COPD合并肺部感染的患者疗效好,可显著改善肺功能及炎症反应,安全性好。

Objective To analyse the effects of cefoperazone and sulbactam combined with ambroxol on pulmonary function and levels of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary infection admitted to Xuzhou Mining Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium on the basis of conventional treatment,and the combined group was treated with ambroxol on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function indexes,inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group(94.29%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040).After treatment,the lung function index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with ambroxol in the treatment of COPD patients with pulmonary infection is effective,can significantly improve lung function and inflammatory response,and have good safety.
