Teach-back健康教育联合偏瘫肢体康复训练对老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者的效果

Effect of Teach-back health education combined with hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training on elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction

目的探讨Teach-back健康教育联合偏瘫肢体康复训练对老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者的效果.方法将浙江康复医院于2023年1月-2023年9月期间收治的86例老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法均分为两组,其中对照组43例应用常规健康教育联合偏瘫肢体康复训练,研究组43例应用Teach-back健康教育联合偏瘫肢体康复训练.将两组健康素养、依从性以及治疗效果进行对比.结果两组出院当天健康素养指标与入院第2天相比,评分显著升高,且研究组健康素养指标与对照组比较,评分显著更高(P值均<0.05).研究组依从率(95.35%)与对照组(74.42%)相比明显较高(P<0.05).研究组临床总有效率(95.35%)与对照组(76.74%)相比明显较高(P<0.05).结论老年脑梗死后偏瘫患者应用Teach-back健康教育联合偏瘫肢体康复训练可有效提升健康素养和依从性,有利于改善治疗效果.

Objective To explore the effect of Teach-back health education combined with hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training on elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods 86 elderly patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2023 to September 2023 were divided into control group(43 cases)with routine health education combined with hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training,and study group(43 cases)with Teach-back health education combined with hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training by random number table method.Health literacy,compliance and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The score of health literacy index on the day of discharge was significantly higher than that on the second day of admission in both groups,and the score of health literacy index in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the study group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42%)(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Teach-back health education combined with rehabilitation training of hemiplegic limbs in elderly patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve health literacy and compliance,and is conducive to improving the therapeutic effect.
