摘要
目的探讨益生菌对消化系统牛奶蛋白过敏表现婴儿体重的影响效果.方法选取2021年6月-2023年6月深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院收治的消化系统牛奶蛋白过敏表现婴儿60例,分为两组,对照组选择深度水解蛋白配方治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊进行治疗.结果与对照组比较,研究组的治疗有效率较高(P<0.05);研究组的IgE水平更接近正常值(P<0.05);研究组的生长发育情况更好(P<0.05).结论益生菌对消化系统牛奶蛋白过敏表现婴儿的临床疗效更加显著,能够有效改善患儿的病情及临床症状,恢复IgE水平,促进生长发育,值得推广.
Objective Exploring the effect of probiotics on the weight of infants with milk protein allergy in the digestive system.Method Sixty infants with digestive system milk protein allergy symptoms admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with a deep hydrolyzed protein formula,while the study group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules on the basis of the control group.Result Compared with the control group,the treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05);the IgE levels in the study group were closer to normal(P<0.05);the growth and development of the research group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics have a more significant clinical effect on infants with digestive system milk protein allergy,which can effectively improve their condition and clinical symptoms,restore IgE levels,promote growth and development,and is worth promoting.
