网络案例教学法在超声医学教学中的应用价值探讨

目的探讨网络案例教学法在超声医学教学中的应用价值.方法选取2021年9月-2022年8月实施网络案例教学法前在贵州医科大学临床学院进行超声医学专业学习的35名影像学实习生作为对照组,选取2022年9月-2023年9月实施网络案例教学法后在该院进行超声医学专业学习的35名影像学实习生作为观察组,对两组学生资料进行回顾性对比分析.结果学习前两组学生自主学习能力、教学效果各维度评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),经学习,两组学生自主学习能力、教学效果各维度评分均显著提升(P<0.05),且学习后观察组学生自主学习能力、教学效果各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论将网络案例教学法应用于超声医学教学中可显著提升学生的自主学习能力和教学效果,可在其他学科教学中推广应用.

Objective To explore the value of web-based Case method in ultrasound teaching.Methods 35 interns in imaging from September 2021 to August 2022 undergraduating course of ultrasonic medicine in our hospital before the implementation of web-based Case method were selected as the control group,35 interns in imaging in ultrasound from September 2022 to September 2023 undergraduating course of ultrasonic medicine in our hospital after the implementation of web-based Case method were selected as the observation group,the data of two groups of students were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no significant difference of Self-learning ability,teaching effect between the two groups before learning(P>0.05),after learning,the self-regulated learning ability and teaching effect of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the self-regulated learning ability and teaching effect of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of web-based Case method in the teaching of ultrasound can significantly improve students'self-regulated learning ability and the teaching effect,which can be used for reference in the teaching of other subjects.
