综合康复护理对精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者日常生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on daily life quality of patients with mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders

目的探究精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者行综合康复护理的临床效果及对生活质量的影响.方法抽选贵阳市精神病医院收治的60例精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者样本,入院时间跨度为2022年4月-2023年4月,通过数字表分组法均分为研究组(n=30)、对照组(n=30).对照组患者为常规护理干预,研究组患者为综合康复护理干预,比较两组生活质量评分、心理状况评分、社会功能缺陷筛查量表评分(SDSS)、简明精神评定量表评分(BPRS)、日常生活能力评分(ADL)、护理满意度.结果护理干预后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,研究组心理状况评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,研究组ADL评分高于对照组,SDSS评分、BPRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者行综合康复护理可改善生活质量及心理状况,提升日常生活能力,改善社会功能缺陷及精神状态,并可提高护理满意度.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders and its influence on quality of life.Methods Samples of 60 patients with mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders were selected from our hospital,and the admission time span was from April 2022 to April 2023.They were divided into study group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by numerical table grouping method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the study group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.The scores of quality of life,psychological status,Social dysfunction Screening Scale(SDSS),concise psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),daily living ability(ADL)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05);after nursing intervention,the psychological status score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,SDSS score and BPRS score were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders can improve the quality of life and psychological status,enhance the ability of daily living,improve social dysfunction and mental state,and improve nursing satisfaction.
