苍耳子鼻炎胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠对变应性鼻炎患者炎症介质和免疫状态的影响

Effects of Cang'erzi Biyan capsule combined with Montelukast sodium on inflammatory mediators and immune status in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探讨对变应性鼻炎患者采用苍耳子鼻炎胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的应用效果及对其炎症介质、免疫状态的影响.方法选取2022年3月-2023年3月期间金昌市人民医院收治的变应性鼻炎患者80例,以电脑随机法按1∶1比例分为对照组(n=40)、研究组(n=40).对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组采用苍耳子鼻炎胶囊+孟鲁司特钠治疗.评价及对比两组的症状积分、炎症介质、免疫状态、不良反应.结果治疗后,研究组的鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流鼻涕评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的血清白介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平均高于对照组,白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的血清嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论对变应性鼻炎患者采用苍耳子鼻炎胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,在改善症状、减轻炎症及调节免疫应答等方面作用显著,治疗效果优于单纯以孟鲁司特钠治疗,且不会明显增加不良反应,药物功效及安全性高,具有借鉴意义.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Cang'erzi Biyan capsule combined with Montelukast sodium on patients with allergic rhinitis and the effect on inflammatory mediators and immune status.Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Jinchang People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to 1∶1 ratio by computer random method.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium,and the study group was treated with Cang'erzi Biyan capsule+Montelukast sodium.Symptom scores,inflammatory mediators,immune status and adverse reactions were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,itchy nose,sneezing and runny nose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum eosinophilic granulocytes(EOS),eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP)and total immunoglobulin E(TIgE)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis,Cang'erzi Biyan capsule combined with Montelukast sodium has significant effects in improving symptoms,reducing inflammation and regulating immune response,and the therapeutic effect is better than montelukast sodium alone,without significantly increasing adverse reactions,and the drug efficacy and safety are high,which has reference significance.
