星状神经结节阻滞联合腹针与补中益气汤加减治疗周围性面瘫的临床近期疗效评价

Short-term clinical efficacy evaluation of stellate nerve tubercle block combined with abdominal acupuncture and modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

目的探究星状神经结节阻滞联合腹针与补中益气汤加减治疗周围性面瘫的临床近期疗效.方法采用随机数字表法将2020年2月-2022年2月收治的周围性面瘫患者120例分为三组,每组各40例,对照A组给予西医联合星状神经结节阻滞治疗,对照B组在对照A组基础上增加腹针治疗,观察组在对照B组基础上加用补中益气汤加减治疗,对比三组患者临床疗效.结果观察组分别与对照A组、对照B组相比,临床总有效率较高;观察组分别与对照A组、对照B组相比,H-B分级降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论星状神经结节阻滞联合腹针与补中益气汤加减治疗周围性面瘫的近期疗效显著,可有效促进面神经功能改善,安全性有保障.

Objective To explore and analyze the short-term clinical efficacy of stele nerve nodule block combined with abdominal acupuncture and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 120 patients with peripheral facial palsy treated from February 2020 to February 2022 were divided into three groups with 40 cases in each group.Control group A was given Western medicine combined with star nerve nodule block treatment,control group B was given abdominal acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group A,and observation group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus reduction treatment on the basis of control group B.The clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group A and control group B;the H-B grading of the observation group was lower than that of control group A and control group B,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stellate nerve nodal block combined with abdominal acupuncture and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has significant short-term efficacy in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy,which can effectively promote and improve facial nerve function with guaranteed safety.
