腹部按摩与取穴位贴敷联合策略用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者对排便状况及预后的影响

Effect of abdominal massage combined with acupoint application on defecation status and prognosis in patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures

目的探讨胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中行腹部按摩联合取穴位贴敷干预的临床效果及作用.方法从海安市中医院2022年2月-2023年3月收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中抽取90例随机分为两组.常规组(45例)行常规便秘预防护理干预,干预组(45例)患者在此基础上行中医腹部按摩+取穴位贴敷干预.观察患者排便状况、便秘症状改善及预后状况.结果干预后,干预组患者PAC-SYM量表中腹部、直肠、大便症状评分较常规组均显著更低(P<0.05);两组干预后患者便秘改善总有效率分别为77.78%、95.56%,干预组相比常规组显著更高(P<0.05);随访结果显示,干预组患者PAC-QOL量表中各维度评分及总评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05).结论取穴位贴敷干预与腹部按摩干预联合用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,能够显著改善患者排便状况、便秘症状,可促进患者获得更好的预后.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and effect of abdominal massage combined with acupoint application in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods 90 patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional group(45 cases)received routine constipation prevention and nursing intervention,and the intervention group(45 cases)received TCM abdominal massage+acupoint application intervention.The defecation status,constipation symptom improvement and prognosis were observed.Results After intervention,the PAC-SYM scale scores for abdominal,rectal and stool symptoms in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of constipation improvement in the two groups was 77.78%and 95.56%,respectively,and the intervention group was significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Follow-up results showed that the PAC-QOL scale scores and total scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application intervention and abdominal massage intervention for patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture can significantly improve the defecation status and constipation symptoms of patients,and can promote patients to obtain a better prognosis.
