PEST-SWOT Model Analysis and Path Research for Rural Vocational Education Empowering Rural Revitalization

农村职业教育赋能乡村振兴是全面建设社会主义现代化农业强国的必然要求。对我国农村职业教育赋能乡村振兴进行PEST与SWOT分析,并以此构建农村职业教育赋能乡村振兴的PEST-SWOT模型,提出农村职业教育赋能乡村振兴的政策建议:发挥政策引导作用,优化完善政策体系;对接地方产业需求,完善专业课程建设;消弭社会公众偏见,提升农村职教认同;数字赋能乡村振兴,积极推进产教融合。

Rural vocational education empowering rural revitalization is an important measure to accelerate the modernization of China’s agriculture and rural areas,and an inevitable requirement for building a modern socialist agricultural country in all respects.The paper adopted PEST and SWOT to analyze rural vocational education empowering rural revitalization in China,and based on this,the PESTSWOT model of rural vocational education empowering rural revitalization was constructed,and the policy suggestions for rural vocational education empowering rural revitalization were proposed:playing the leading role of the policy and optimizing and improving the policy system;docking with the needs of local industries and improving the construction of professional courses;eliminating public prejudices and enhancing the recognition of rural vocational education;empowering rural revitalization with digitalization and actively promoting the integration between industry and education.A comprehensive analysis of the external and internal factors of rural vocational education empowering rural revitalization is not only conducive to cultivating and constructing a macrosocial environment for rural vocational education to empower rural revitalization,but also conducive to consolidating and deepening the micro practice path of rural vocational education empowering rural revitalization.
