摘要 职业教育是新时期构建技能型社会、推动经济可持续发展的重要动能,更是增进人民福祉、创造美好生活的核心之要。回溯近代以来我国职业教育发展史,其与共同富裕追求史不谋而合,呈现同向而行、并驾齐驱之势。与此同时,职业教育助推共同富裕在物质—精神、区域—城乡、产业—人才三维度的价值意义也日益凸显。因此以价值为导向,提出职业教育实践路径。从历史逻辑、价值逻辑、实践逻辑三方面切入,分析职业教育赋能共同富裕的内在机制与动因,以探寻我国未来职业教育高质量发展与共同富裕的实践路向。 Vocational education is an important driving force for building a skillbased society and promoting sustainable economic development in the new era.It is also the core of improving people’s wellbeing and creating a better life.Tracing back to the history of the development of vocational education in China since modern times,it coincides with the history of the pursuit of common prosperity,showing the same direction and driving the trend.At the same time,the value significance of vocational education in promoting common prosperity in the three dimensions of materialspiritual,regionalurbanrural,and industrialtalent is also becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,this study is value oriented and proposes a practical path for vocational education.From the perspective of historical logic,value logic and practical logic,we analyze the internal mechanism and motivation of vocational education to empower the common prosperity,in order to explore the highquality development of vocational education and the practical direction of the common prosperity in China in the future.
