摘要
我国高校毕业生就业、实习管理过程中存在诸多问题,如管理过于中心化、学生实习择业困难、校企沟通不畅、信息不对称、可信度低等问题。文章设计一种基于区块链技术的高校毕业生实习管理系统模型,该系统能够促进学校、用人单位以及学生三方打破信息壁垒,实现信息透明共享、建立可信任机制、激励合法行为,为各利益相关方提供一个可靠的交互平台,具有广阔的应用前景。
There are many problems in the employment and internship management process of college graduates in my country,such as:too centralized management,difficulty in choosing internships for students,poor communication between schools and enterprises,information asymmetry,and low credibility.The article designs a graduate internship management system model based on blockchain technology.This system can promote the school,employer and students to break information barriers,achieve transparent sharing of information,establish a trustworthy mechanism,encourage legal behavior,and provide various benefits for all parties.Stakeholders provide a reliable interaction platform with important application prospects.
