摘要
Objective To explore the prognostic predictive value of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)combined with prognostic nutritional index(PNI)in patients with hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBV-ACLF).Methods Clinical data from 149 HBVACLF patients admitted to the infectious diseases Department of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.
