高校人工智能自动答疑系统构建研究及应用

摘要 人工智能是一门综合性、多学科交叉课程,具有研究领域广阔、研究内容广泛、发展变化快等特点,相关理论研究与实践极大地促进社会的发展和进步。如何培养学生的人工智能专业技能和素养,构建解决科研和工程问题的专业思维、专业方法和专业嗅觉,使培养的人才更适应社会发展对人才的需求是高校人工智能教学改革面临的重要问题。文章从有效利用现有教学资源、应用现代信息技术、改革传统教学方法和教学手段、提升教学效果出发,论述了面向教学需求的人工智能自动答疑系统的构建研究及其在课程教学的应用效果。该系统在提升教学效果的同时,改进了学生的学习体验,同时为教育教学信息化、智能化建设提供了思路。 Artificial Intelligence is a comprehensive and interdisciplinary course with broad research areas,extensive content,and rapid development.The related theoretical research and practice have greatly promoted the development and progress of society.How to cultivate students'AI professional skills and qualities,build professional thinking,methods,and sensibility to solve scientific research and engineering problems,and make the trained talents more adaptable to the needs of social development are important issues faced by the teaching reform of AI in universities.This paper discusses the construction and application of an AI automatic question answering system for teaching needs from the perspectives of effectively utilizing existing teaching resources,applying modern information technology,reforming traditional teaching methods and means,and improving teaching effectiveness.The system not only improves teaching effectiveness but also enhances students'learning experience,It also provides ideas for the construction of educational informationization and intelligence.
