摘要
数据传输任务具有多样性和复杂性,导致传输效率无法得到保障,为保障传输效率,文章提出基于Chiplet技术的高效协议数据传输方法研究。在数据传输协议层设计阶段,采用优化后的高速串行计算机扩展总线标准(Peripheral Component Interconnect Express,PCIe)数据包格式,并采用滑动窗口协议控制流量,具体发送窗口和接收窗口的大小根据实际需求调整设置;在数据传输适配层设计阶段,在每个Chiplet中嵌入唯一的身份标识号码(Identity Document,ID),通过建立统一的接口映射表,构建发送端和接收端之间的匹配关系。测试结果表明,采用该传输方法不仅总传输带宽未受到传输环境配置的影响,而且传输效率较高。
Due to the diversity and complexity of data transmission tasks,transmission efficiency cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,an efficient protocol data transmission method based on Chiplet technology is proposed for research.In the design phase of the data transmission protocol layer,the optimized Peripheral Component Interconnect Express(PCle)packet format is adopted,and the sliding window protocol is used to achieve flow control.The specific size of the sending and receiving windows is adjusted according to actual needs;In the design phase of the data transmission adaptation layer,after embedding a unique Identity Document(ID)in each Chiplet,a unified interface mapping table is established to build a matching relationship between the sender and receiver.The test results show that the total transmission bandwidth is not affected by the transmission environment configuration,and the transmission efficiency is higher.
