2015—2022年天水市居民死亡状况及变化趋势分析

Analysis of death status and change trend of residents in Tianshui city from 2015 to 2022

目的了解2015—2022年天水市居民死亡特征,分析人群主要死亡原因及死因顺位,为制定相关预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法收集整理人口死亡信息登记管理系统2015—2022年天水市死因监测数据,并使用SPSS 22.0以卡方检验分析标化死亡率、死因顺位等指标。结果2015—2022年天水市男女标化死亡率分别为420.40/10万和307.35/10万,男性高于女性(χ^(2)=17.638,P<0.05)。死因顺位前五位的疾病依次是循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、消化系统疾病,标化死亡率分别为210.60/10万、54.74/10万、34.10/10万、22.10/10万、9.45/10万,死因构成分别为57.82%、14.95%、9.36%、6.07%、2.59%。死因顺位前三位疾病标化死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,循环系统疾病(趋势χ^(2)=4100.385,P<0.05),肿瘤(趋势χ^(2)=171.160,P<0.05),呼吸系统疾病(趋势χ^(2)=208.475,P<0.05)。结论循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病为影响居民健康的主要原因;应引起相关部门重视,采取有效的防控措施,减少疾病的发生与死亡。

Objectivee To understand the death characteristics in the residents of Tianshui city from 2015 to 2022,analyze the main causes of death and the order of causes,and provide scientific basis for formulating relevant prevention and control strategies.Methods The monitoring data of death causes in Tianshui city from 2015 to 2022 were collected from the population death information registration management system,and the SPSS 22.0 sofware was used to analyzed the standardized mortality rates and the order of death causes with chi-square test.Results The standardized mortality rates of the males and the females was 420.40/100000 and 307.35/100000 respectively,and the mortality rate of the male was higher than that of the female(χ^(2)=17.638,P<0.05)in Tianshui city from 2015 to 2022.The top five causes of death were circulatory system diseases,tumors,respiratory system diseases,injuries and poisoning,and digestive system diseases as the order,with the standardized mortality rates of 210.60/100000,54.74/100000,34.10/100000,22.10/100000 and 9.45/100000,and the proportion of the death causes of 57.82%,14.95%,9.36%,6.07%and 2.59%,respectively.The standardized mortality rates of circulatory system diseases(trendχ^(2)=4100.385),tumor(trendχ^(2)=171.160)and respiratory system disease(trendχ^(2)=208.475)showed increasing trend(all P<0.05)as the year in the diseases of top three death causes.Conclusions The circulatory system diseases,tumors and respiratory system diseases are the main causes affecting the health of residents.Which should be paid attention and taken effective prevention and control measures by the relevant departments to reduce the occurrenceand death ofdiseases.
