公安院校“三全育人”实践理路与建设路径

Practical Rationalization and Construction Path of“Three Comprehensive Education”in Police Colleges

“三全育人”在新中国成立初期萌芽,随着新时代教育的发展逐渐趋于成熟,是当前高校育人项目、育人载体、育人资源的有效整合,是构建一体化育人体系的必然之举。针对当前公安院校“三全育人”协同育人机制不完善、育人体系缺乏有效衔接、育人体系不完备等问题,厘清当前公安院校“三全育人”的现状和问题,提出加强党的组织建设、关注思想政治教育重点、利用各类资源优化工作等实践路径,为公安院校“三全育人”未来发展提供思路,推进公安教育高质量发展,打造公安人才培养高地。

The“Three Comprehensive Education”sprouted in the early days of the founding of New China,and gradually matured with the development of education in the new era.It is an effective integration of current university education projects,carriers,and resources,and is an inevitable move to build an integrated education system.In response to the current problems of incomplete collaborative education mechanism,lack of effective connection in the education system,and incomplete education system in police colleges,this paper clarifies the current situation and problems of“Three Comprehensive Education”in police colleges,proposes corresponding practical paths,and provides ideas for the future development of“Three Comprehensive Education”in police colleges,promotes the high-quality development of public security education,and creates a highland for cultivating public security talents.
