Path of Professional Curriculum Reform in Police Colleges under the Background of New Engineering

在新工科建设背景下,加强专业课程建设与改革是高等教育内涵高质量发展的必然要求,也是新时代满足社会发展人才培养的现实需求。当前,公安院校专业课程建设存在课程思政建设不够深入充分、课程体系不利于学生综合能力培养、课程内容质量不够高、课程教学方式方法不够创新以及学生实践创新能力培养亟待提高等问题。因此,我们需要通过实现课程目标的价值引领、课程内容的学科交叉融合、课程教学方式的技术创新、学生创新能力的提高和优质师资队伍的培育等途径,进一步深化课程改革,提高专业人才培养的质量,从而更好地服务社会发展和公安工作的需求。

Under the background of new engineering construction,strengthening the construction and reform of professional courses is the inevitable requirement of the connotation and high-quality development of higher education,and it is also the realistic demand of personnel training to meet the social development in the new era.However,there are some problems in the current professional curriculum construction,for example,the curriculum system is not conducive to the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability,the curriculum ideology and politics is not deep enough,the curriculum content is not high quality,the curriculum teaching methods are not innovative enough,and the cultivation of students'practical innovation ability needs to be improved.Therefore,we need to further deepen the curriculum reform and improve the quality of professional personnel training through the value guidance of curriculum objectives,the interdisciplinary integration of curriculum content,the technological innovation of curriculum teaching methods,the improvement of students'innovative ability and the cultivation of high-quality teachers,so as to better serve the needs of social development and public security work.
