农村基础设施对河南省农业农村现代化水平的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Rural Infrastructure on the Modernization Level of Agriculture and Rural Areas in Henan Province

完善农村基础设施建设是推进农业农村现代化的有效路径,对实现中国式现代化有重要意义。本文以河南省为研究对象,利用2012一2021年的面板数据,分析农业农村现代化水平,采用Tobit模型探究农村基础设施对农业农村现代化水平的影响效应。结果表明,河南省农业农村现代化水平总体呈现上升趋势,但各市农业农村现代化水平存在差异。农村基础设施能有效助推农业农村现代化水平的提升,水利、电力、交通基础设施均具有正向作用。基于研究结果提出加强人力资源的培养、加强政策的支持以及完善交通基础设施等建议。

Improving rural infrastructure construction is an effective way to promote agricultural and rural modernization,which is of great significance to the realization of Chinese path to modernization.This article takes Henan Province as the research object and uses panel data from 2012 to 2021 to analyze the level of agricultural and rural modernization.The Tobit model is used to explore the impact of rural infrastructure on the level of agricultural and rural modernization.The results indicate that the overall level of agricultural and rural modernization in Henan Province is on the rise,but there are differences in the level of agricultural and rural modernization among different cities.Rural infrastructure can effectively promote the modernization level of agriculture and rural areas,and water conservancy,electricity,and transportation infrastructure all have a positive effect.Based on the research results,suggestions are proposed to strengthen the cultivation of human resources,enhance policy support,and improve transportation infrastructure.
