This paper discusses the application of leisure sports in college physical education,focusing on the problems faced and the countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.At present,this paper analyzes the background and overview of the application of leisure sports in college physical education.Then,it discusses the problems of leisure sports teaching,including time arrangement,teaching resources,students’interest and curriculum diversity.Then,it puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems,including optimizing schedule,enriching teaching resources,cultivating students’interest and constructing diversified courses.In addition,the conclusion summarizes the application potential and importance of leisure sports in college physical education,and emphasizes that the development of students’physical health and overall quality can be better promoted through diversified measures.
