习近平法治思想作为全面依法治国战略的根本遵循和行动指南,同时也作为新时代下高校法治教育的指导思想,对高校法治教育和高校人才培养也提出了更高的要求。自习近平法治思想提出之后,高校在开展法治教育的过程中也提出了融入习近平法治思想的要求。分析目前的融入现状,发现仍然存在一些问题。对此,应进一步在明确融入的必要性前提下,在融入的理论内容和实践渠道上实现与原有法治教育的有效衔接,从而提升高校法治教育的育人效果。

Xi Jinping Thought on rule of law is the foundation and guide for comprehensively promoting the law-based governance on all fronts.At the same time,the thought is guiding the development of the university’s legal education in the new era,and also making the higher standards in the talent cultivation and rule of law education in universities Since the Xi Jinping Thought of rule of law has been proposed,the universities have encouraged teachers to integrate the thought.Into the process of rule of law education.Now there are some problems in integrating Xi Jinping Thought on rule of law into rule of law education of universities.So it is necessary to effectively connect the theory with practice to promote the effect of the rule of law education in universities,improving the cultivation effects of rule of law education in universities.
