慢性肾脏病患者症状群的研究进展

Research progress of symptom groups in patients with chronic kidney disease

肾脏疾病已上升为全球十大死因之一,患者具有复杂症状负担且易形成症状群,严重困扰患者身心健康。本文对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者症状群的国内外研究进展开展全面综述,分别介绍了采用血液透析(HD)、晚期CKD非透析保守治疗、肾移植(RTX)等不同治疗方式的CKD患者其症状群的探索现状及量性评估工具;描述了研究肾脏病症状群的理论框架及其影响因素;并对肾脏病患者症状群护理干预措施进行介绍。以期为肾脏病患者症状群的探索及管理提供借鉴。

Objective Kidney disease had risen to one of the top ten causes of death in the world,and patients had complex symptom burden and were easy to form symptom clusters,which seriously disturbing the physical and mental health of patients.In this paper,the research progress of symptom clusters in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)at home and abroad were comprehensively reviewed,and the exploration status and quantitative assessment tools of symptom clusters in patients with CKD treated with hemodialysis(HD),non-dialysis conservative treatment of advanced CKD,kidney transplantation(RTX),and other different treatment methods were introduced respectively.The theoretical framework and influencing factors for the study of renal disease symptom clusters were described,and the nursing intervention measures of symptom cluster of patients with kidney disease were introduced,so as to provide reference for the exploration and management of symptom clusters in patients with kidney disease.
