国内患者报告结局研究热点可视化分析

Visualization analysis of research hotspots in domestic patient-report outcome

目的了解国内患者报告结局(PRO)的研究领域整体情况,分析研究发展状况及研究热点。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方数据、中国生物医学数据库(SinoMed)4个数据库建库至2023年5月2日收录的PRO相关研究文献。采用NoteExpress软件合并去重,采用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件绘制作者、关键词知识图谱并进行分析。结果纳入文献378篇,文献来源于149种期刊,其中《护士进修杂志》发文最多(43篇),发文最高的作者为袁长蓉,关键词中量表出现频次最高(64次)。结论PRO发文量呈上升趋势,研究热点为评估工具的研制与信效度检验、生活质量、癌症人群,评估工具、癌症疾病是近3年的研究前沿。

Objective To understand the overall situation of the rescarch field of patient-reported outcome(PRO)in China,and analyze the research development and research hotspots.Methods The related research literature on PRO were searched by computer in China CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,and ChinaBiomedical Database(Si-noMed)from the establishment to May 2,2023.NoteExpress software was used to merge and remove duplicates.and CiteSpace6.1.R6 software was used to draw and analyze the knowledge map of authors and keywords.Results A total of 378 literatures were included,which were from 149 journals.Among them,Journal o f Nurse Training had the most articles(43 articles),the author with the highest number of articles was Yuan Changrong,and the fre-quency of scale in keywords was the highest(64 times).Conclusion The number of papers on PROis on the rise,and the research focuses are the development and reliability and validity test of assessment tools,quality of life,and cane-er population.Assessment tools and cancer diseases are the research frontiers in recent 3 years.
