摘要
家庭作为个人与国家的连接点,其教育质量理应得到重视与关注。将家庭教育纳入国家治理体系,是对教育现代化与治理体系现代化的积极回应,能够推动我国家庭教育指导服务走向科学化、规范化、法治化的发展道路。有效激发家庭教育治理内生动力回应高质量发展与现代化发展诉求,需要回望党的十八大以来的家庭教育治理举措,以家庭教育治理相关政策为切入点,梳理其蕴含的目标、主体、工具三重维度以及在宏观、中观、微观三个层面的实施成效,回应及深化“准确理解家庭教育高质量发展的目标定位、充分彰显中国式现代化的制度优势、积极提升多元主体协同参与的内生能力、有效回应家庭教育内容多样性需求”的发展问题,实现稳定、公平、高效的“教育善治”,以推动家庭教育治理迈向新征程。
The family,as a link between the individual and the state,deserves attention and emphasis on the quality of its education.Incorporating family education into the national governance system is a positive response to the modernization of education and the governance system,promoting the scientific,standardized,and legal development of family education guidance services in China.To effectively stimulate the endogenous dynamics of family education governance in response to high-quality development and modernization demands,it is necessary to look back at the family education governance measures since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.By taking the policies related to family education governance as the entry point,this paper analyzes the three dimensions of goals,subjects,and tools contained therein,as well as the implementation effectiveness at the macro,meso,and micro levels.It responds to and deepens the development issues of"accurately understanding the goal orientation of high-quality development of family education,fully demonstrating the institutional advantages of Chinese-style modernization,actively enhancing the endogenous capacity of diverse subjects to participate collaboratively,and effectively responding to the diverse needs of family education content."Achieving stable,equitable,and efficient"good governance in education"to push the governance of family education towards a new journey.
