摘要
学前教育本科生职业认同感极大程度影响学生的学习投入,职业认同感高的学生学习信念更强。学生的专业认同是职业认同的基础。学前教育本科生的职业认同感与学生的学习投入呈正相关关系,职业认同感高的学生对学习的投入度往往更高。文章以贵州省L大学学前教育本科生为研究对象,基于调查问卷的数据分析,发现其职业认同感整体处于中等偏上水平,并且职业认同感主要受个人兴趣理想、他人支持、学习环境及能力、待遇地位等因素影响,同时性别、志愿选择等人类学变量因素也会对其产生一定的影响,因此,建议从专业兴趣、职业理想、学习条件、职业形象、待遇地位等方面入手,有效提升学前教育本科生的职业认同感。
The professional identity of preschool education undergraduates significantly affects students'engagement in their studies,with students who have a higher sense of professional identity having stronger beliefs in their studies.Students'identification with their major is the foundation of their professional identity.There is a positive correlation between the professional identity of preschool education undergraduates and their engagement in learning;students with a higher sense of professional identity tend to have a higher level of engagement in their studies.This article,focusing on preschool education undergraduates at L University in Guizhou Province and based on the analysis of survey questionnaire data,finds that their overall sense of professional identity is above the medium level.Furthermore,professional identity is mainly influenced by factors such as personal interests and ideals,support from others,learning environment and abilities,and status and treatment.Anthropological variables such as gender and voluntary choices also have a certain impact on it.Therefore,it is suggested to effectively enhance the professional identity of preschool education undergraduates by focusing on aspects such as professional interests,career ideals,learning conditions,professional image,and status and treatment.
