Promoting red culture is an important aspect of Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts.Red culture,as a valuable spiritual wealth created by the Communist Party of China leading the Chinese people,contains educational values that are crucial for the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities.It provides valuable cultural resources for the effective implementation of these courses.The article lists the achievements of integrating red culture into the ideological and political courses in universities in Guizhou,analyzes the challenges faced in incorporating red culture into the teaching of these courses in Guizhou universities,and further explores ways to overcome these challenges to better leverage red culture as a booster for ideological and political education.
