摘要
为探究虫草饮在增强细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、免疫细胞功能方面的作用,本研究按照《保健食品功能检验与评价方法(2023年版)》要求,设置41.7、83.3、250.0(mL·kg^(-1) BW)3个剂量组,采用雌性昆明种小鼠,分别进行迟发型变态反应试验、ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化试验、血清溶血素滴度测定、脾细胞抗体生成试验、碳廓清试验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验,以及NK细胞活性测定。结果表明,虫草饮具有增强免疫的功能。
In order to explore the effects of Cordyceps sinensis drink on enhancing cellular immune function,humoral immune function,and immune cell function,this study set up three dose groups 41.7,83.3,and 250.0(mL·kg^(-1) BW)in accordance with the requirements of the"Health Food Function Inspection and Evaluation Method(2023 Edition)".Female Kunming mice were used for delayed type hypersensitivity test,ConA induced splenic lymphocyte transformation test,and serum hemolysin titer measurement Spleen cell antibody generation test,carbon clearance test,abdominal macrophage phagocytosis chicken red blood cell test,and NK cell activity measurement.The results indicate that Cordyceps sinensis drink has the function of enhancing immunity.
