摘要
为研究学生满意度对于高校食堂管理的影响,本文以江苏电子信息职业学院为例,通过对问卷调查结果进行信效度检验、满意度模型构建、因子分析,得出影响学生满意度的主要因素,并根据调查结果,提出了学校食堂服务创新的途径,以供参考。
To study the impact of student satisfaction on the management of university cafeterias,this article takes Jiangsu Electronic Information Vocational College as an example.Through reliability and validity testing,satisfaction model construction,and factor analysis of the questionnaire survey results,the main factors affecting student satisfaction are identified.Based on the survey results,innovative approaches for school cafeteria services are proposed for reference.
