广西基础地理信息服务升级改造的思考

Reflections on the Upgrading of Fundamental Geographic Information Services in Guangxi

简要回顾了“十二五”“十三五”期间广西基础地理信息建设取得的成就,针对新形势下地理信息服务存在的问题,比较了基础地理信息与自然资源数据的异同点,阐述了现行广西地理信息服务升级改造的必要性。借助数据服务、知识引擎、云计算等技术,从时空数据库、信息服务体系角度探讨了广西基础地理信息服务改造的着力点,为广西基础地理信息服务转型升级提供参考。

The paper reviews the achievements made in the construction of fundamental geographic information in Guangxi during the“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”and the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”briefly,then compares the similarities and differences between fundamental geographic information and natural resource data in view of the problems existing in the geographic information service under the new situation,and elaborates the necessity to upgrade and transform the current geographic information services.It also discusses the focus of transformation for fundamental geographic information services in Guangxi from the perspective of spatio-temporal database and information service system to provide reference for transformation and upgrading for fundamental geographic information services in Guangxi with the help of data services,knowledge engine,cloud computing and other technologies.
