基于GIS的智慧房屋管理平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Housing Management Platform Based on GIS

城市房屋管理是城市治理工作的一项重要内容,针对目前房屋管理存在的治理效率低、信息共享难、管理调查难等问题,提出了一套利用GIS先进技术搭建智慧化房屋管理平台的建设方案。本文阐述了平台建设的目标、框架设计、数据库构建、功能和关键技术,实现了房屋管理的各类数据资源在“一张图”上进行展示、查询统计和共享,推动房屋业务管理与城市治理相融合,打造“以图管房、以房管人”的房屋管理新模式。

Urban housing management is an important part of urban governance.Aiming at the problems of low governance efficiency,difficult information sharing and difficult data investigation in current housing management,this paper puts forward a construction scheme of intelligent housing management platform by using GIS advanced technologies.This paper expounds the target of the construction of the platform,the framework design,database construction,functions and key technologies,has realized the display,query statistics and sharing of all kinds of data resources of the building management on"one map",promotes the integration of housing business management and urban governance and builds a new housing management mode of"housing management with map,personnel management with housing".
