自然资源卫片执法检查系统的设计与实现

摘要 在卫片执法检查工作新政策和新形势的背景下,为提高卫片在自然资源执法监察工作中的使用效率,利用先进技术和创新模式,开发集数字化、空间化、网络化和智能化于一体的自然资源卫片执法检查系统。本文设计了自然资源卫片执法检查流程,对系统的展示、调查、取证、填报及统计汇总等功能及组成进行了设计和实现,阐述了监测图斑精细划分、智能套合和自动比对分析和快速主动核查的卫片执法检查模式,极大地提高了自然资源卫片执法检查核查精度和工作效率。 Under the background of the new policy and new situation of the law enforcement inspection based on remote sensing images,the efficiency of the law enforcement supervision of natural resources is improved,and the advanced technology and innovative mode are used to develop the law enforcement inspection system of natural resources based on remote sensing images,which integrates digitalization,spatialization,networking and intelligent.This paper designed the natural resources law enforcement and inspection process based on remote sensing images,the functions of the system such as display,investigation and evidence collection,filling and statistical function and composition are realized.This paper expounds the monitoring map spot refined division,intelligent registration and automatic analysis,and fast active verification of law enforcement inspection mode,greatly improve the law enforcement inspection accuracy and work efficiency of natural resources based on remote sensing images.
