摘要
灾害风险调查和重点隐患排查是中央到地方的重点工作任务之一,而房屋建筑是与人民生命财产安全关系最为密切的承灾体,是自然灾害综合风险普查中的重点调查对象。传统的无人机倾斜摄影测量技术获取的实景三维模型分辨率低,建筑物细部纹理模糊,难以全面地观测建筑物裂痕或危体裂缝情况。本文提出一种航空影像融合近地影像的空地一体三维建模方法,经验证,本文方法能丰富房屋建筑物实景三维模型的侧面纹理,提高了模型分辨率,更能精确地满足房屋承灾体精细化调查的需求。
Disaster risk investigation and key hidden dangers troubleshooting is one of the key tasks from the central government to the local government,and housing construction is the disaster bearing body that is most closely related to people's life and property safety,and is the key investigation object in the comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters.The 3D model obtained by the traditional UAV tilt photogrammetric technology has low resolution and fuzzy texture of building details,so it is difficult to comprehensively observe cracks in buildings or in dangerous bodies.In this paper,a three-dimensional modeling method of air-ground integration with near-earth images is proposed.It has been proved that this method can enrich the side texture of the 3D model of real scene of buildings,improve the model resolution,and more accurately meet the fine investigation of the disaster-bearing body of buildings.
