摘要
绿原酸是从植物中提取的一种具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、保护血管等多种生物活性的缩酚酸。近年来发现,绿原酸能够调控营养物质代谢、促进动物生长发育、提高繁殖性能、改善产品品质、降低环境污染。本文综述了绿原酸的化学结构和来源、生物活性与作用机制及其在动物生产中的应用,为开发绿原酸作为一种新型饲料添加剂提供理论依据。
Chlorogenic acid is a depside extracted from plants with a variety of biological activities including antioxidant,antiinflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral and vascular protection and so on.In recent years,it has been found that chlorogenic acid can regulate nutrient metabolism,promote animal growth and development,improve reproductive performance,improve product quality and reduce environmental pollution in animal production.This paper summarizes the chemical structure and source of chlorogenic acid,the biological activity and corresponding mechanism of action,and its application in animal production,in order to provide theoretical support for the development of chlorogenic acid as a new feed additive.
