沙葱乙醇提取物对奶牛血浆生化、免疫、抗氧化和激素指标的影响

Effects of Ethanol Extract of Allium mongolicum Regel on Plasma Biochemical,Antioxidant,Immune and Hormone Indexes of Dairy Cows

摘要 本试验旨在研究沙葱乙醇提取物对奶牛血浆生化、免疫、抗氧化和激素指标的影响。选取12头体况和产奶量相近、2~3胎次的泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头。对照组奶牛饲喂基础饲粮,试验组奶牛饲喂基础饲粮+54 g/d沙葱乙醇提取物。预试期14 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)2组之间血浆葡萄糖(GLU)、尿素(UREA)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、肌酐(CR)、胆固醇(CHOL)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)试验组的血浆谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH⁃Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组之间血浆总抗氧化能力(T⁃AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)试验组的血浆白细胞介素-2(IL⁃2)和白细胞介素-10(IL⁃10)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆白细胞介素-6(IL⁃6)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组之间血浆免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、干扰素-γ(IFN⁃γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF⁃α)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)2组之间血浆生长激素(GH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、胰岛素(INS)、皮质醇(HYD)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加54 g/d沙葱乙醇提取物能增强泌乳中期奶牛的免疫、抗氧化能力,且对奶牛血浆生化指标无不良影响。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ethanol extract of Allium mongolicum Regel on plasma biochemical,antioxidant,immune and hormone indexes of dairy cows.Twelve 2 to 3 parity midlactation Holstein cows with similar body condition and milk production were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 1 cow in each replicate.Cows in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in the test group were fed the basal diet+54 g/d ethanol extract of Allium mongolicum Regel.The preexperimental period lasted for 14 days,and the experimental period lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in glucose(GLU),urea(UREA),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB)contents and alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activities in plasma between 2 groups(P>0.05).2)The glutathione(GSH)content and glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx)activity in plasma of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in total antioxidant capacity(TAOC),catalase(CAT)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in plasma between 2 groups(P>0.05).3)The contents of interleukin2(IL2)and interleukin10(IL10)in plasma of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma interleukin6(IL6)content was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),interferonγ(IFNγ)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα)in plasma between 2 groups(P>0.05).4)There were no significant differences in contents of growth hormone(GH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2),insulin(INS),cortisol(HYD)in plasma between 2 groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary adding 54 g/d ethanol extract of Allium mongolicum Regel can enhance the immune and antioxidant capacity of dairy cows during midlactation period,and has no adverse effects on the plasma biochemical indexes of dairy cows.
