利用社区人群毛发预警毒情的应用研究

摘要 预警社区毒情可为禁毒工作提供强有力的支撑。本文利用前期开发的基于社区人群毛发的低浓度精神活性药物检测方法,在南方某地级市选择30个采样点采集毛发,检测其中甲基苯丙胺、氯胺酮、右美沙芬和依托咪酯的含量。结果表明,毛发中甲基苯丙胺、氯胺酮、右美沙芬和依托咪酯4种目标物的检出率分别为3.3%、56.7%、66.7%和93.3%,且城区毛发检出浓度均明显高于郊区毛发;甲基苯丙胺和氯胺酮的检出率和检出浓度均低于右美沙芬和依托咪酯,说明新型精神活性药物正逐步替代传统药物。由检测结果可推断,社区可能存在较为广泛的混吸新型精神活性药物现象,其中混吸2种新型精神活性药物的情况较为明显。该研究成果可望实现对区域毒情的预警。当前滥用新型精神活性药物的人员比例已经超过吸食传统精神活性药物的人员比例,采样区的吸毒人员普遍将依托咪酯当作传统精神活性药物的替代品进行使用,需要进一步加快列管、强化宣传以及综合治理。更广泛、更细致的监测方案设计和实践将为技术的推广应用提供更科学精确的支持。 Strong support for drug prohibition work can be provided by the drug warning of the community situation.In this article,a low-concentration psychoactive drug detection method based on community hair developed in the early stage was used.Hair samples were collected from 30 sampling points in a certain prefecture-level city in southern China,and the contents of methamphetamine,ketamine,dexamethasone,and etomidate were measured.The results showed that the detection rates of methamphetamine,ketamine,dexamethasone,and etomidate in hair were 3.3%,56.7%,66.7%,and 93.3%,respectively,while the detected concentrations in urban hair were significantly higher than those in suburban hair.The detection rate and concentrations of methamphetamine and ketamine were lower than those of dexamethasone and etomidate,indicating that new psychoactive drugs are gradually replacing traditional drugs.From the test results,it could be inferred that there might be a widespread phenomenon of mixed use of new psychoactive drugs in the community,with the use of two new psychoactive drugs being more pronounced.This research is expected to provide an early warning of the regional drug situation.The current proportion of people abusing new psychoactive drugs has exceeded the proportion of people using traditional psychoactive drugs.Drug users in the sampling area generally use etomidate as a substitute for traditional psychoactive drugs.Further acceleration of management,increased publicity,and comprehensive management are needed.More detailed monitoring scheme design and practice will provide more scientific and accurate support for the promotion and application of the technology.
