灾后移动应急资源调度和配电网恢复统一决策

摘要 极端灾害发生可在短时间内破坏大量电力基础设施,造成严重的大停电事故,利用配网固定电源和移动应急资源实现协同恢复有助于提升城市韧性。考虑多资源协同对配网韧性的支撑作用,以最大化负荷恢复效果期望为目标,提出灾后移动应急资源调度和配电网恢复统一决策方法,协同优化资源在配电网中的快速调度及关键负荷的恢复,同时考虑受损线路可用性和配网拓扑结构可能因受损线路的修复而发生改变,提出配电网动态辐射状拓扑约束。算例测试表明,应用所提方法的配电网恢复统一决策模型能在确保求解结果最优性的同时提高求解效率。 Extreme disasters can damage a large amount of power infrastructures in a short period of time,causing serious outages.Utilizing fixed power supply and mobile emergency resources in the distribution system to achieve collaborative restoration can improve the resilience of urban distribution network.Considering the role of multi-resources coordination in supporting the resilience of distribution system,with the maximum expected effect of post-disaster load restoration as the target,a unified decision-making method is proposed for mobile emergency resources scheduling and distribution network restoration after disaster,which collaboratively optimizes the rapid resource scheduling in distribution network and the restoration of critical loads.Meanwhile,we also consider the availability of damaged lines and the topology of distribution system topology that may change due to the repair of damaged lines.The dynamic radial topology constraints for distribution system is proposed.Case studies show that the unified decision model of distribution network restoration using the proposed method can ensure the optimal solution results along with improving the efficiency of the solution.
