摘要
基于政产学三螺旋理论,对M市跨境电商企业和应用型本科教育标准化试点项目院校F及商务英语专业学生进行个案研究。通过访谈、会议资料文件及开放式问卷多种数据收集方式,探究商务英语跨境电商人才政产学协同育人机制存在的问题。研究发现,M市政产学协同育人机制尚未健全,产教融合存在不及时、不深入、不持续的问题。在机制构建实施过程中,需以学生培养为中心,协调各方利益,充分发挥政府引导、产业推动和高校实施的作用。
This study,guided by the Triple Helix theory of government-industry-academia collaboration,employed a qualitative case study approach to conduct individual interviews with cross-border e-commerce enterprises and one local applied undergraduate institution in M city.Interview,conference materials and open-ended questionnaires were also collected to explore the mechanism of government-industry-academia collaboration in cultivating talents for the business English cross-border e-commerce sectors.The findings reveal that the collaborative education mechanism in M City is not yet fully developed,with issues such as untimely,superficial,and discontinuous industry-education integration.During the implementation of the mechanism,the study suggests a student-centric approach,emphasizing coordination of interests among stakeholders and leveraging the roles of government guidance,industry promotion,and university execution.
