考虑柔性负荷接入的E-SOP与网架协同规划方法

摘要 针对传统的配电网规划方法对柔性负荷的考虑缺失而导致灵活性不足的问题,提出一种考虑柔性负荷接入的储能-智能软开关网架协同规划方法。首先,对可转移与可削减柔性负荷的不确定性进行建模分析,采用蒙特卡罗抽样实现电动汽车等柔性负荷的功率特性精细化模拟;其次,充分考虑分布式电源和柔性负荷的时序特性,构建考虑柔性负荷接入的储能-智能软开关与网架协同规划模型;最后,以改进的IEEE33节点系统为例验证所提模型和方法可有效提高新型配电网规划的灵活性。 In response to the issue of inadequate flexibility in the traditional distribution network planning methods due to the absence of consideration of flexible loads,a collaborative planning method for energy storage and soft open point(E-SOP)and grid is proposed considering the access of FLs.First,the uncertainties intransferable and reducible flexible loads are analyzed through modeling,and the power characteristics of flexible loads(e.g.electric vehicles)are finely simulated using Monte Carlo sampling.Second,the timing characteristics of distributed generations and flexible loads are fully considered,and a collaborative planning model for E-SOP and gird is constructed by taking into account the access of flexible loads.Finally,the proposed model and method are verified with a modified IEEE 33-node system as an example,demonstrating their effectiveness in enhancing the flexibility of novel distribution network planning.
