浅谈提高烷基铝仪表稳定运行关键环节

摘要 烷基铝在线分析仪表参与生产反应速率及产品质量的控制,但因样品含蜡成分,引起取样及检测部件蜡挂壁导致仪表无法稳定运行,普通除蜡方法不易操作且效果不佳。本文结合仪表结构、工作原理和实际操作条件,改用母液和热己烷相结合的除蜡方法,调整操作规程后除蜡效果明显,提高了仪表运行周期及测量准确度,保证了产品质量和生产装置的运行稳定。 Alkyl aluminum online analysis instruments are involved in the control of production reaction rate and product quality.However,due to the presence of wax components in the samples,the sampling and detection components have wax hanging on the wall,resulting in unstable operation of the instruments.Ordinary wax removal methods are not easy to operate and have poor results.Combining the structure,working principle,and actual operating conditions of the instrument,a wax removal method combining mother liquor and hot hexane was used.After adjusting the operating procedures,the wax removal effect was obvious,improving the operating cycle and measurement accuracy of the instrument,ensuring product quality and stable operation of the production device.
