消癌止痛散穴位贴敷联合埋针疗法对结直肠癌术后患者疼痛以及胃肠功能的意义分析

Analysis of the significance of acupoint application of Xiao'ai Zhitong Powder combined with needle embedding therapy on postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer

目的 分析消癌止痛散穴位贴敷联合埋针疗法对结直肠癌术后患者疼痛以及胃肠功能的意义。方法 选取60例结直肠癌手术患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取临床常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上术后采取消癌止痛散穴位贴敷联合埋针疗法治疗。比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、临床治疗效果、临床疼痛情况。结果 试验组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、肠鸣恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间分别为(4.79±0.45)、(2.11±0.18)、(2.67±0.55)、(3.12±1.01)d,均短于对照组患者的(7.99±0.51)、(3.75±0.42)、(3.20±0.66)、(4.21±1.03)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后第1、2、3天的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(5.62±0.15)、(3.30±0.12)、(1.62±0.15)分,均低于对照组患者的(6.61±0.13)、(5.35±0.21)、(3.66±0.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消癌止痛散穴位贴敷联合埋针疗法对结直肠癌术后患者临床效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛程度,促进患者尽快恢复,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the significance of acupoint application of Xiao'ai Zhitong Powder combined with needle embedding therapy on postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 60 patients undergoing surgery for colorectal cancer were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical treatment,while the experimental group received acupoint application of Xiao'ai Zhitong Powder and needle embedding therapy after surgery on the basis of the control group.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,clinical effect,and clinical pain of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal function recovery time,bowel sound recovery time,first anal exhaust time and first defecation time of the experimental group were(4.79±0.45),(2.11±0.18),(2.67±0.55)and(3.12±1.01)d,which were shorter than(7.99±0.51),(3.75±0.42),(3.20±0.66)and(4.21±1.03)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the experimental group were(5.62±0.15),(3.30±0.12)and(1.62±0.15)points on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day postoperatively,which were lower than(6.61±0.13),(5.35±0.21)and(3.66±0.13)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Xiao'ai Zhitong Powder combined with needle embedding therapy has a significant clinical effect on postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,and can relieve the pain intensity,promote patients to recover as soon as possible,which is worth promoting.
