DCE-MRI辅以DWI对直肠癌患者术前分期的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of DCE-MRI Combined with DWI in Preoperative Staging of Rectal Cancer Patients

目的探究DCE-MRI辅以DWI对直肠癌患者术前分期的诊断价值。方法对155例直肠癌患者实施DCE-MRI辅以DWI诊断,分析其对术前分期的诊断效果。结果将手术病理检查结果作为诊断金标准,DWI、DCE-MRI以及DWI+DCE-MRI术前分期诊断符合率分别为73.55%、74.84%、96.13%,组间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同分期DCE-MR参数中,N_(0)期K^(trams)、K_(ep)、V_(e)值和N_(1)~N_(2)期相比较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_(1)~T_(2)期K^(trams)、K_(ep)、V_(e)值与T_(3)~T_(4)期相比较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DCE-MRI辅以DWI对直肠癌患者术前分期的诊断效果显著,能够提高患者治愈率,值得研究和推广。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of DCE-MRI combined with DWI in preoperative staging of rectal cancer patients.Methods DCE-MRI combined with DWI diagnosis was performed on 155 patients with rectal cancer,and its diagnostic effect on preoperative staging was analyzed.Results Using the surgical pathological examination results as the diagnostic gold standard,the accuracy rates of preoperative staging diagnosis for DWI,DCE-MRI,and DWI+DCE-MRI were 73.55%,74.84%,and 96.13%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).In different stages of DCE-MR parameters,K^(trams),K_(ep),V_(e)values in N_(0)stage were relatively small compared to N_(1)-N 2 stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The K^(trams),K_(ep),and V_(e)values in T_(1)-T_(2)phase were smaller than those in T_(3)-T_(4)phase,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion DCE-MRI combined with DWI has a significant diagnostic effect on preoperative staging of rectal cancer patients,which can improve the cure rate of patients and is worthy of research and promotion.
