摘要
目的 研究尿微量清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白(Glycated Hemoglobin, HbA1c)对糖尿病肾病早期患者临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2022年1月—2023年8月枝江市中医医院收治的220例糖尿病肾病早期患者与220例健康体检者的临床资料,根据糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量清蛋白指标将患者分为低、中、高3组,其中低值组(尿微量清蛋白在30 mg/24 h范围内)60例,中值组(尿微量清蛋白在30~200 mg/24 h范围内)70例,高值组(尿微量清蛋白在200 mg/24 h以上)90例。观察3组的糖化血红蛋白和尿微量清蛋白量。检测所有研究对象尿微量清蛋白和糖化血红蛋白,观察检测结果。结果 糖尿病肾病患者的尿清蛋白肌酐比值水平和糖化血红蛋白比健康体检者更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组患者中随着糖化血红蛋白的升高,尿微量清蛋白的水平也出现增高,二者为正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 分析糖尿病肾病早期患者的尿微量清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白的水平有助于为患者提供更有价值的治疗方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of urinary microalbumin and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in early diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods The clincial data of 220 patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy and 220 healthy physical examination subjects admitted to Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into low,medium and high patients:60 cases in low value group(urine microalbumin within 30 mg/24 h),70 cases in median group(urine microalbumin within 30 to 200 mg/24 h),and 90 cases in high value group(urine microalbumin above 200 mg/24 h).The glycosyl-ated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin levels of the three groups were observed.Urinary microalbumin and glyco-sylated hemoglobin were detected in all subjects and the results were observed.Results Urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio and glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic nephropathy patients were higher than those in healthy sub-jects,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).In the patients of the observation group,the level of urinary microhemoglobin also increased,which was a positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of urinary microalbumin and HBA1c levels in early diabetic nephropathy patients is helpful to provide more valuable treatment methods for patients.
