手术室合并糖尿病患者实施围术期护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Perioperative Nursing Care for Patients with Com⁃bined Diabetes Mellitus in the Operating Room

目的 探究在手术室合并糖尿病患者的护理中采用围术期护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月临沂市人民医院接受手术治疗的合并糖尿病患者72例作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法分为采用常规护理干预的对比组和采用围术期优质护理干预的研究组,每组36例,比较两组血糖指标、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分及护理满意率。结果研究组血糖指标、SAS和SDS评分均低于对比组,护理满意率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在手术室合并糖尿病患者护理中采用围术期护理干预能够提高患者的手术效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of using perioperative nursing interventions in the care of pa-tients with combined diabetes mellitus in the operating room.Methods A total of 72 patients with diabetes mellitus who received surgical treatment in Linyi People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a comparison group using routine nursing intervention and a research group using perioperative high-quality nursing intervention according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Blood glucose index,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and nurs-ing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose index,SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the comparison group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of periop-erative nursing intervention in the care of patients with combined diabetes mellitus in the operating room can improve the surgical results of patients.
