系统化护理干预对结直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后切口愈合的影响

Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Incision Heal⁃ing in Patients with Colorectal Cancer Combined with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析系统化护理干预对结直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后切口愈合的影响。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年5月山东省青岛市黄岛区区立医院外科收治的100例结直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照入组时间顺序不同,分为对照组(常规糖尿病护理)和观察组(系统化糖尿病护理),各50例。比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口愈合质量优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对接受手术的结直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者,予以系统化糖尿病护理,可提高切口愈合质量,并合理控制血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative incision healing in pa-tients with colorectal cancer combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients with colorectal cancer combined with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Surgery of Huangdao District Hospital,Qingdao City,Shandong Province,from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group(conventional diabetes care)and the observation group(systematic diabetes care),50 cases in each group,in accordance with the different order of the time of enrollment.The nursing effects of the two groups were com-pared.Results The blood glucose of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of incision healing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For colorectal can-cer combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients undergoing surgery,systematic diabetes care can improve the quality of incision healing and reasonably control the blood glucose level.
